Get to the Hillfox Market on the August 14 and15, 2010 for the 7th annual SA Strongman Championships. Contestants will battle it out in the qualifying rounds on Saturday August 14 at 10.30am, going head to head in the Deadlift (opening weight of 280kg), a 420kg Yoke Walk, the Tyre Flip and an Overhead Medley consisting of an 110kg barrel, a 130kg log and a 145kg axle. | ||
